SENIOR CHEMICAL ENGINEER / PROCESS SPECIALIST Effective Date: Based on finding the right candidate Hours:Part-Time, Contract Location: Office is in Calgary, AB

Open Positions: 1 Seeking the next Senior Mentor! You are well established in your field, an expert in niche process areas and looking to mentor a high-performance team. The results you will be responsible for include: Engineering Excellence • Become a core go-to technical expert for our internal team and the clients we serve

• Review technical reports, calculations, design briefs, design drawings, and specifications • Review team deliverables for accuracy of designs, reports, and studies

• Ensure all engineering work is carried out in accordance with industry codes and standards, accepted industry practices and guidelines, and client expectations Program Management and Execution

• Support business development efforts and management of client relationships • Support in coordination of technical staff and assigning of resources to projects

• Support in ensuring project quality is achieved • Support in gathering client feedback and adjust processes as required Leadership and Development

• Use coaching and mentorship tools to develop strong individuals and a cohesive team • Live the core Journey values in a daily, practical sense

• Bring strategic mindset to bear on current planning and growth efforts Education / Experience Requirements: • Professional engineer with 15+ years of directly relevant experience

• Active registration with APEGA as a P.Eng., with eligibility for APEGS registration

• Experience in cryogenics and specialty gas niches such as helium, hydrogen, or carbon dioxide considered a plus • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow a team of high-performing professionals

• Business development experience in both private and public sectors

• Exhibit a safety mindset in a professional and personal setting

• Experience working in a dynamic and challenging environment and adapting to changing priorities
