By 2025, our aim is to have a workforce that reflects the communities we serve, with at least 40% of new hires coming from underrepresented groups.

 

2. Diversity and Inclusion Training

 

Taur Industries provides comprehensive diversity and inclusion training to all employees, raising awareness of unconscious bias and promoting understanding and respect for different backgrounds and experiences. We emphasize the importance of diversity and inclusion throughout our organization. Our goal is to have at least 90% of our employees participate in diversity and inclusion training by 2025.
